Chelsea + Neil were my very last elopement of 2022! When they signed their marriage certificate at the Sacramento County Clerk they were told that they are the last couple to get married in the city of Sacramento for 2022, pretty cool! Chelsea had such a fun vibe as you can see from her amazing Watters dress. They kept it low-key, got married downtown with just their parents, and then had a beautiful dinner set up for them at the Citizen Hotel afterwards. A cold and rainy winter elopement, and definitely one for the books!
